Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days for domestic orders. International orders may take longer, depending on customs and shipping carrier delays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Creating an account with PUKAMI is easy! Simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to our website and click on the “Sign Up” or “My Account” link located at the top right of the page.
  2. Enter your email address and create a password.
  3. Fill in your personal information, such as your name and shipping address.
  4. Click “Create Account”, and you’re all set! You’ll be able to log in, track your orders, and save your shipping details for future purchases.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@pukami.net. We’ll make every effort to update the address before your order ships. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the address.

You can track your order through the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply click on the tracking link to see real-time updates on your shipment. If you did not receive your tracking number or need further assistance, please contact us at contact@pukami.net.

No, PUKAMI does not store your credit card information. All transactions are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. Your payment details are encrypted and not retained after the transaction is completed. For your security, we recommend that you double-check your payment details before finalizing any purchase.

Yes, sales tax will be applied to orders based on your location and the current applicable tax laws. The total amount of sales tax will be calculated at checkout, before you complete your purchase. If you are exempt from sales tax, please contact us with the necessary documentation, and we will apply the exemption to your order.

We offer international shipping to a wide range of countries. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to enter your shipping address. If we are unable to ship to your country, it will be clearly stated before you proceed with your purchase. In most cases, we will ship your items together in one package. However, if you’ve ordered multiple items and some are available for immediate shipment while others are on backorder, we may ship them separately. We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in unused, original condition with all packaging, accessories, and tags included. Please provide your order number and a description of the issue, including photos if possible. We’ll arrange for a return and send you the correct item as soon as possible at no additional cost.

Include photos of the damage and your order number, and we’ll work to resolve the issue by sending you a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on your preference.

Please ensure that your item is securely packed to prevent further damage during transit. Currently, we do not offer pre-orders for out-of-stock items.
